| The personal fitness training approach any professional has towards the client should be unique to the client and their fitness goals. Though many of the same exercises can and will be used for a number of clients the way they are administered is what sets your training apart from others. This is just part of the endeavor that you and I come together on in order to make your time worth the results delivered. Most importantly is that you and I enjoy our time together. Not every exercise you perform "feels" enjoyable, but the feeling of accomplishment when you finish is a joy all of its own. A typical session lasts about 30-60 minutes.
