being with them 24/7. So, I created a service that could help guide the client into the fitness lifestyle needed to
bring success along with an easy to use reference and tracking manual. Thus, I created the
Fitness Lifestyle Guidance Service. The service is customized towards each individual and their fitness
goals. It comes as part of the training packages or available to the do-it-yourself individual at a minimal monthly
service charge. This is not a diet service, but on going professional guidance towards the proper fusion of eating
and exercise for a lifetime of optimum fitness!
  • The manual comes in Adobe PDF format in your e-mail after signing on for services.  At the bottom of the cover page is all the
    information you need to contact me for any questions, comments or concerns. Note: The contact information is an important
    part of the service as I want you to succeed. It is not my intention to have you forever dependent on me, but to guide you toward
    an independent fitness lifestyle. This service supplies you with an "on call" fitness professional whenever you feel is needed.
  • Part One is the "Client Profile" page. This page consists of your total body statistics such as height, weight, bodyfat,
    measurements etc. This is where you will also find your "Calorie & Macronutrient Tracking". It tells you how many calories to
    eat throughout the day. It also tells you how much protein, carbohydrates, fats and water to have. There is even an area of
    "Suggested Supplements" to give you every advantage possible in reaching your goals. This page is prepared through a
    meeting of you and I in order to obtain all the needed statistics I need to truly make the manual customized for you!
  • Part Two on nutrition begins with a foundational overview of "Fitness Lifestyle Eating". It crushes the myth about what calories
    are and why they are not created equal from food to food. It also explains how to choose the correct types of protein,
    carbohydrates and fats and the important effects they have on your body. It then sums it all up to give you a better
    understanding of how to apply the information into a lifestyle of healthy eating for better performance in all you do.
  • Part Two continues with a breakdown into more detail of the previous pages. Titled "Meal to Meal Strategy" it takes the 6 daily
    meals requirement and goes in depth why to have certain foods at certain times of the day. It teaches the difference between
    fast and slow digesting protein and carbohydrates and how to place them throughout the day to reap the benefits they provide.
    The details are color coded to make learning all this even easier even with meal examples you can use.
  • Next is "Personalized Portion Sizing". A  convenient tool on how to learn portion sizes of protein, carbohydrates and fats and
    how to tailor them for your unique goals. Information good to know when counting calories just isn't applicable.
  • Finalizing Part Two is a thorough list of quality foods to utilize throughout the day. Listed by type and then in serving sizes
    detailing how many calories along with how much protein, carbohydrates and fats are in each food item.
  • Part Three is a section on stretching, why to do it as well as the best times when in relation to your workouts. Also included
    are photos illustrating proper stretching techniques.
